SHIPPING:

Orders ship within 2-5 days, this does not include shipping time. 

MODERN.MAMA ships from Connecticut. We ship Worldwide.  All customers outside of the United States may be subject to customs and duty fees in their home country, and these fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

We ship through USPS. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout, and depends on the shipping option you choose. Typically, United States shipping can take anywhere from 2-7 business days, depending on your location. 

 

LOCAL PICK UP: 

We do not offer local pick up at this time. 

 

PRIORITY SHIPPING: 

upgrade is offered during checkout. Priority shipping generally arrives in 2-days, some locations are 3-day. 

 

MY PACKAGE SAID IT WAS DELIVERED BUT IT  DID NOT ARRIVE: 

We know how frustrating this can be, In an effort to keep shipping charges low for our customers, we have partnered with USPS. We find that USPS is a reliable and efficient carrier. However, tracking information is often off by a day or two. We find in 99% of these cases that the order arrives within 1-2 days of delivery notification. If your package does not arrive within 1-2 days contact your local USPS to be able to find your package. 

MODERN. MAMA ships out your package through USPS, your package is now in the property of USPS. MODERN. MAMA is not responsible for any lost or stolen product. Lost packages must be filed with USPS. MODERN. MAMA will not replace lost or stolen items. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If your package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
